As with many organizations, Kinderhaven has made the decision to shift their annual Festival of Trees to an online format.
My students have been helping me create themed trees for this auction for over 12 years, thereby helping to raise thousands of dollars with their art.
It was a bit tricky finding enough helpers this year, since we have been in hybrid learning, so I sent home kits to families and friends. This opened up our project to even more community members and ended up being a fun surprise.
